As an online conference, you can exhibit right from the comfort of your office of living room or see your sponsorship scroll to an online audience who will see your ad every time they re-watch the broadcast. That’s right, this year General Conference is online so there are so many new ways to think about sponsorships. In addition to the online audience of registrants, we are encouraging local churches and networks to host watch parties or to stream conference sections after it is officially over as each registration will include 6 months of access to a digital library.

The following sponsorship packages include all of the items listed. Look below at the “a la carte” options for items that are unclear with a title alone.

A la Carte Options

Virtual Exhibit Booth – $400

With the Virtual Exhibitor Booths on the Whova web + mobile app (our General Conference app), exhibitors can easily display who they are and what they do, provide demonstrations and other presentations through links, and speak one-on-one with interested attendees. A virtual exhibit booth access link will be emailed to the main contact to allow for virtual booth setup.

1 Push Notification In the General Conference App – $350 (limit 5)

Your sponsored message will be pushed at a scheduled time to attendees’ devices, or sent as an email if they have not yet installed the app. The Push Notification will have a Subject and a Body similar to an email. The subject of the push notification is the message users will read when they first receive the push notification alert on their device. When the app user presses/clicks on that push notification, it will open to a longer message that will appear in the app. This message can be up to 100 words, and can include external web links. Content is due Wednesday, May 25.

Logo Ad or Banner Ad

Be featured on our websites (General Conference and MCC main websites) during June-July 2022 (size 960px X 540px – PNG or JPG).  On the General Conference and Main MCC website ads will be displayed in a sidebar.  There will be three spots in the sidebar for the ads.   The top of the sidebar will be Group A.  The middle of the sidebar will be Group B.  The bottom of the sidebar will be Group C.  Regardless of which group your ad appears, there will be unlimited expressions and click throughs:

  • To have your ad appear in Group A, Group B, and Group C – $300

  • To have your ad appear in Group B, and Group C – $200

  • To have you ad appear in Group C – $100

Shout Outs (these will appear on a “powerpoint” slide)

Since there is no “conference book”, all shoutouts will be electronic as “slides” in the presentation credits of each recorded or live session for workshops, keynote speakers or worship sessions. Before all worship services, keynote presentations, and workshops, there will be opportunities for you to advertise your business or service or give a shout-out to your pastor or congregation, to celebrate an anniversary or milestone, or just to lift up praise.  Think of these as full page, half page or quarter page “ads” in prior conference books.
